Traveling up to KL or coming back? You really need to avoid this Bus Vendor

2 days trip up to KL and it has been a pleasant trip except for the unexpected misfortune upon my return.

An hour late, no response from Bus company and a bus reeking of bad smell and duplicated seat allocation. This was one of my worst experience with a bus vendor to and from KL.

Yes. This terrible bus vendor from the Easybook platform is BillionStars

Book the bus for 3.30pm back to Singapore from KL.

3.50pm and not a BillionStar Bus in sight

All the other bus vendors like Cityline, StarMart, FiveStar Tours and KKKL is here. But for Billion, the bus was nowhere to be found.

All the other customers were already loading up and yet I'm the only fool waiting for the stupid bus.

Everytime I travel to and fro KL and decide to choose a bus for my travel, it was always via Easybook as their platform has so far been trustworthy and the buses I've booked have often been punctual except for this time. No offense, I still enjoy using easybook as its probably still the go-to platforms for my KL escapades.

This time, BillionStar has gone too far abroad by letting their customers wait for more than an hour.

Well, I decide then to do some of my research and realise that I wasn't the only one.

I guess, before taking up any new bus vendors, its still wise to do up some research to check the background of the company. A simple search can give you some proper directions. As mentioned, I'll probably still use Easybook for my travel to KL bookings but I'll no longer solely depend on the platform to making bus suggestions. I'll probably be doing my own research and checking before taking up any new bus company.

That being said, some of the more reputable and responsible bus vendors like:
  • Starmart express
  • Fivestar travels
  • Cityline
  • KKKL travels
I'll probably still be using.
