The Pros: 

• Huge storage - Definitely a no-brainer
• Remote upload - Upload via a link etc.
• Preview Files - You can preview files directly over the cloud without downloading it. Well, it has mobile compatible applications as well which you can download off its site directly or via the Google play store or the Apple App Store. 
• Photo Management - Its user-friendly interface also makes it relatively easy for you to manage and view your files.
• LockBox function - You can even privatize your files uploaded to the cloud.

Apart from the occasional popup ads and commercial on its mobile applications. I think its value outweighs its cons. There are also certain limitations such as up to only 2 parallel downloads and slightly slower speed for upload and downloading for the free version. Well. If you are very particular about it, you can always go for the premium option.
